Deen Cadi CPA | Tax Exposure Review for $1M+ Earners
For business owners earning $1M+ a year

Of everything you made this year, how much will you actually keep?

Your CPA files the return. Nobody plans the year. We build one coordinated tax plan across your structure, compensation, capital, succession and exit, and we find at least 3x our fee in savings, or we don't take you on.

The guarantee
We find 3x our fee in tax savings, or we don't take you on.

Every strategy is estimated in dollars before you commit. If we can't see a clear path to at least three times our fee, we tell you and we walk away. And if you implement the plan as written and the savings land under 3x at filing, your full fee comes back.

3x savings measured on fee paid, estimated before any engagement and subject to the plan being implemented as written. Full money-back guarantee if 3x is not met at year end at the time of filing, provided no other circumstances communicated by the client have changed. No surprises.

Why you're overpaying

A preparer looks backward. A planner changes the number.

The person who prepares your return sees your numbers after the year is over, when every decision that could have lowered the bill has already been made. That's not their fault. Compliance is what they were hired for. But it means nobody is on your side of the table during the year.

Your tax bill isn't fixed

It's the result of decisions: how your business is structured, how you pay yourself, where your capital sits, how you plan to exit. When nobody coordinates them, the IRS gets the default, and the default is expensive.

You have advisors, not a plan

A CPA, an advisor, maybe an attorney. Each is good at their piece. None of them owns the one question that matters: how much of what you make do you actually keep?

The mechanism

The Five Decisions Tax Architecture

Most high earners make each of these separately, with a different advisor, in a different year. We map all five together, so every decision is made with its tax consequence in view.

01

Structure

The right entity for where the business is now, not where it started.

02

Compensation

How you pay yourself, often the most expensive decision made on autopilot.

03

Capital

Where your money sits and how income is timed and recognised.

04

Succession

Passing on the business and the wealth without losing it to tax.

05

Exit

Designing the sale around what you keep, long before an LOI is signed.

Honest answers

My CPA already handles this.

Your CPA almost certainly does a good job of what they were hired for: preparing and filing the return. That's compliance, and it looks backward. Planning looks forward and happens during the year. We don't replace your CPA, we coordinate them, along with your advisor and attorney, around one plan. The question to ask is: when did you last have a planning conversation before year end?

Is this aggressive? Could it trigger an audit?

No. We use legitimate, defensible planning only. Deen is a CPA licensed in four states, and that licence depends on it. Every strategy is explained in full before it is implemented, nothing happens that you don't understand and agree to.

Engagements start at a meaningful fee. Is it worth it?

The fee is priced against its own result. We only take an engagement when we can see a path to at least 3x that fee in savings, and we show you the estimate in dollars first. If a plan implemented as written misses 3x at filing, your full fee comes back. The review itself is confidential and has no obligation.

I'll deal with it next year.

December 31 closes most of this year's options, compensation, retirement contributions, income timing, charitable timing, entity elections for next year. Waiting a year means paying the default twice. On the review we quantify what this year still allows before it's gone.

How do I know the savings are real?

Every strategy is estimated in dollars before you engage, and the result is measured at filing against a written guarantee. If it falls short of 3x on a plan implemented as written, you're refunded in full.

The real deadline isn't April 15

It's December 31. And right now, this year's moves are still open.

Guarantee terms. The 3x figure refers to estimated tax savings measured against the fee paid. It is estimated before any engagement is taken and is subject to the plan being implemented as written. A full money-back guarantee applies if 3x is not met at year end at the time of filing, provided no other circumstances communicated by the client have changed.
